Katherine has over 30 years experience in general management, consumer sales and marketing and commercial strategy, with senior roles in food, media and retail businesses including BBC, Heinz, Cadbury and TK Maxx. After 8 years at Audley Group, she joined Elysian as Sales & Marketing Director, and is now Chief Customer Officer responsible for the overall customer experience across the business, including brand, product and service offerings. She is also founder of a consultancy business advising on strategy, sales and marketing and customer experience, with projects for Retirement Living businesses in South-East Asia, Northern Europe and most recently, Spain.
