Gary Day has over 48 years’ experience in Development & Planning, including 35 years in the Retirement Housing Sector. He is the Land, Design and Planning Director at Churchill Retirement Living.   Before joining Churchill in May 2021, Gary worked at McCarthy and Stone for some 32 years, where he was Group Land and Planning Director.   Over the years, Gary has sat on numerous Government & Trade Groups concerned with the housing implications of the aging population and was also an advisor to the sector-wide Retirement Housing Group during the Covid pandemic.
