Stuart Garnett is the Land and Planning Director at Inspired Villages. Stuart has more than twenty years experience in the planning sector having previously worked in local government, private consultancy and retirement housing. He has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2003. Stuart joined Inspired Villages in the summer of 2019 and has played an important role in the businesses ambitious growth plans to deliver 34 integrated retirement communities by 2026. Stuart is responsible for driving the land and planning strategy. Inspired Villages now has 8 operational villages, 3 under construction and 4 more sites due to start on site this year.
