Stewart is currently acting as a consultant and advisor to three well-funded co-living startups, as well as two sovereign wealth funds under his Lifecycle Living banner. He has been managing operational real estate for over 15 years; covering serviced apartments, PBSA, BTR, co-living and later living. Most recently, Stewart was Chief Customer Officer at Retirement Village Group and before that, Stewart was CEO of CRM Students, where he was instrumental in the growth of the sector, as well as pivot to other forms of operational living real estate.
