After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen, Nick moved into Corporate Finance at Deutsche Bank where he advised companies on capital raising and M&A. He joined outsourcing company Xchanging in 2002 where he held a number of Finance, Commercial and Sales roles across businesses in the UK, US, India and Europe. Nick joined Moorfield Group as CFO in 2009 and he was a member of the Board and Investment Committee. Moorfield's investment strategies were particularly focused on Later Living, BTR, Student and their assets include Audley Group where Nick worked between 2020 and 2023.
