Kathleen is an economist with over 40 years’ experience in housing and construction. She has led older people’s housing needs studies for the GLA, Northamptonshire and Norfolk authorities as well as carrying out a range of site-based studies for individual developers and landowners in England and Wales, Kathleen is retained as Policy Advisor to the Retirement Housing Group and is currently working to co-ordinate sector input into the Older People’s Housing Taskforce.
