Russell Jewell is CEO and co-founder of Untold Living, a new developer and operator of high-quality, purpose-built retirement communities in England. Its unique mid-market offering aims to open up retirement living to an even greater number of older people who are considering downsizing into more age-appropriate accommodation with care. Untold Living is backed by Matter Real Estate – an investment firm focused on value-add and opportunistic real estate across evolving sectors all around Europe. Before his role at Untold Living, Russell spent 12 years at AEW, as MD of Private Equity Funds, whilst also serving as Head of London operations and sitting on the six-person Executive Committee for AEW Europe. Recently, as CEO of Untold Living, Russell has overseen the acquisition of Chantry Court in Wiltshire earlier this year, the organisation’s first site, with a number of exciting schemes in the pipeline for both development and acquisition.
